Q: How can I place an order?
A: Simply browse our website, select the product(s) you want, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout, fill in your details, and complete the payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, iDEAL, and other secure payment options.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at mail@timcity.nl as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once your order has been processed.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we offer free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €75.
Q: What are your shipping rates?
A:
- Within the Netherlands: €4.25 for orders below €75. Free for orders above 75 EUR.
- Europe: €10.
- Rest of the World: €17.50.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We aim to ship orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days.
- Europe: 3–7 business days.
- Rest of the World: 7–14 business days.
Q: Can I return an item if I change my mind?
A: Yes, you have 14 days to return your item after receiving it. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
Q: How do I return a product?
A: To initiate a return, email us at mail@timcity.nl with your order details. Send the item to the following address: TIMcity RETOUR Zocherstraat 79h 1054 LW Amsterdam
Q: Who covers the return shipping costs?
A: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Q: How can I ensure my TIMcity products last longer?
A: Follow the care instructions provided with your order. For example, wash at 30°C, avoid bleach, and air-dry whenever possible.
Q: Are your products sustainably made?
A: Yes! We prioritize sustainability by using materials like organic cotton and recycled polyester. Our products also meet certifications like Fairwear, OEKO-TEX®, and more.

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
A: No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and manage your preferences easily.
