It started with a fascination. As a child, René Tim would spend hours studying city maps, feeling the pull of urban landscapes. This passion led him to study Built Environment and Urban Planning, where his understanding of cities evolved from pure fascination to deep expertise. But it was the intersection of his technical knowledge and creative vision that sparked something unique.

Cities, René discovered, aren't just random collections of streets and buildings. Each one has its own DNA – a distinct pattern written in its streets, encoded in its architecture, and embedded in its urban plan. This revelation became the foundation of TIMcity.
